Charles Randolph, “Randy” Houston died October 29, 2018 AT Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Randy was born in Newnan on November 3, 1950. He had retired from Owens-Corning. He was preceded in death by his father James Albert Houston and his brother John S. Houston. He is survived by his mother, Ann Rainwater Houston and his son Brian Houston. Also surviving are his grandchildren Alex and Ayden Houston and his sister, Cathy Houston Adams. His nephews are Corey and Casey Adams and his niece is Jennifer Houston.
