Charles Randall Franks, age 50, of Dalton, Georgia departed this life Saturday, March 19, 2016. Charles was born in Ringgold, GA July 22, 1965. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis and Susie Franks; brothers, Richard and Allen Mitchell Franks; sister, Cornelia Franks; and his grandparents. Mr. Franks had a love for all his nieces and nephews and chickens. Charles is survived by his children in love, Tiffany Seiber and Chris Bramblett; brothers, Stanley Alvin (Pansy) Franks, Bobby Joe (Lynn) Franks, David Franks and Chris (Christy) Baker; sister, Alisa Knight; a special longtime friend, Theresa Austin; many more close family and friends also survive.
