Charles is survived by wife Sherry; a daughter Jennifer Goad; 2 sisters, Judy Morre of Rensselaer and Brenda Phillips of GA; a brother, Kevin Goad of Lafayette and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
