Charles Puglisi, 83, of Cheshire, passed away Oct. 3, 2010 in St. Raphael’s Hospital. He was the husband of the late Lucille Guerra Puglisi. Mr. Puglisi was born in New Haven March 16, 1927, son of the late Charles J. and Mollie Dest Puglisi. He was a property manager for the family owned Guerra Realty for 15 years prior to his retirement in 2003. Prior to that, he was a building contractor for many years. He served in the US army after World War II. He is survived by a daughter, Patricia A. Puglisi and her husband, Peter Papoosha of Cheshire. He was the canine grandfather of “Gator” and the late “Cuda”. Also survived by many loving nieces & nephews. Special uncle to Mark (Lucille) Dermer and dear friend of James and Marie Krieg. He was predeceased by a brother, Louis Puglisi and a sister, Marion Dermer.
