He was born on July 18, 1954, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Louise and Charles P. Sindall, Sr. Chuck held various occupations over the years and he loved riding his motorcycles.
Chuck is survived by his devoted wife, Darleen Phillips; his beloved daughters, Tammy Woodard and Tammy Wheatley; his cherished grandchildren, Levi, Preston, Kayla and Nathan; and his loving siblings, Judy Monnier, Brian Sindall, Kathy Sindall, Sharon Shaffer, and Dawn Borowy. He was predeceased by his dear brother, Jon Sindall.
