Charles A. “Tony” Nocella, age 60, of Birmingham, passed away April 24, 2013. Tony was a building inspector for the city of Birmingham, was a beloved husband, father, brother and grandfather. He loved his family, his daughter Kimy Brooke, and granddaughter, Morgan Makenzie were truly the “Light of his life”. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles A. and Betty Sue Nocella.
