Charlie is survived by his partner, Laura Baer; sons, Kevin Mahlan (Lynn), Brian Mahlan (Elaina) and Scott Mahlan (Serena); daughter, Kerri McCoy (Kevin); 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
