Chuckie was born June 28, 1948, the son of Charles M. and Katherine (Rush) Howell. He was a graduate of Red Jacket High School Class of 1966 and in 1970, he married Lola Collett. He retired from the NYS Thruway and was active in Red Jacket sports for many years. Chuckie was a lifelong Manchester resident and an avid NY Yankees fan.
He is survived by; three daughters, Tera (Tim) Saur, Keri Howell, and Wendy (Richard) Patrick; grandchildren, Brennan, Nathan, and Lily Saur and Austin and Collin LeGault; nephew, Rocky Collett; niece, Marissa (John) Mullany; several cousins; and dear friend, Bernie Commisso.
He was predeceased by; his wife Lola in 1996; and his parents Charles and Katherine.
