Fountain Hills – Charles “Chic” Malinowski, 76, of Fountain Hills, AZ passed away on Sunday October 24th. He was preceded in death by parents John and Alma and sister Carol.
Chic grew up in Cudahy Wisconsin and graduated from Cudahy Senior High School in 1963. In January 1964 he enlisted in the Army and came home and married the love of his life Margaret (Damschen) in September 1967. During their 54 years of marriage Chic and Margaret had two children John (Kari) and Marne (Shawn) with four grandchildren, Lauren, Mallory, Marek and Liliana along with their cat Amber. Chic and Margaret enjoyed the last 14 years in retirement in Arizona. He was always cracking a joke, making a funny or lightening the mood. He enjoyed following football and the stock market. When it came to his family, they always came first. Thank you to all the professionals from Home Instead – Fountain Hills and Hospice of the Valley for helping Chic and Margaret with his care and support.
