JOHNSONDURHAM Mr. Charles Jesse (Chic) Johnson, 88, a former resident of Durham, died on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at his home in was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Berea, a lifelong Mason of the Fellowship Lodge #687 and a WW II Veteran. He is survived by one daughter, Gloria Hall and husband, Larry; grandson, Freddie Hall; two great-grandchildren and one sister, Mary Ellen Neimela.
