Died Wednesday morning November 16, 2016. Charles was born December 7, 1956 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a son of Joseph and Florence “Flossie” (Oly) Rafferty. He had been a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident and was employed with Charles Services for many years.
Charles was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents. Charles is survived by 3 siblings, Robert (Kay) Rafferty of Parchment, Michael Rafferty of Kalamazoo, and James (Cherri Emery) Rafferty of Parchment; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
