Charles J. Calder, Jr., 80, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born November 13, 1940 in Winsted; the son of the late Charles J. Calder, Sr., and Ruth (Avery) Calder. He served in the United States Air Force as 1st Lieutenant Navigator. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He worked proudly for CBT, American Express, and Wells Fargo. Always loving real estate and the town of New Hartford, he purchased and restored the New Hartford House with Barbara Calder.
