Charles J. Brown, age 81 years, of Manomet, died Saturday, July 24, 2021 at the home of his family. He was the husband of the late Virginia (Hakkala) Brown, and the son of the late Robert and Barbara Brown. Born in Plymouth on May 16, 1940, he worked in security at Boston Whaler, Pembroke State Hospital, the Jordan Hospital and Partylite. Charlie enjoyed music and enjoyed his extensive collection of vinal records. He enjoyed taking his grandchildren to Disney World and spending time with his beloved wife, children and grandchildren. In his younger years, Charlie traveled cross country to California, enjoying the west coast on his motorcycle. Has known as a true, dignified will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Ariana Elizabeth Cardinal of Onset, Amanda Mary and Richard Cardinal, both of Buzzards Bay, Connor and Nathan Brown both of Norwood, a great grandchild, Fallon Judith Oulette, his sister Barbara Gallo of Jupiter FL, and brother Donald Brown of North Plymouth. He was the father of the late James F. Brown and Judith Christine Brown-Cardinal, and brother of the late Richard Brown. He also leaves his daughter-in-law Debbie Henry, his son-in-law Richard Cardinal, niece Taryn Gallo and nephew Randy Gallo.
