Charles Alton Green, Jr., age 77, of Huntsville, passed away on Saturday January 1, 2011 at his residence.
Mr. Green was a carpenter by trade and served his country in the U. S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He also graduated from UAH with a degree in engineering.
Mr. Green is survived by his wife, Betty Lucille Hillis Green; his sons, Timothy Green, Terry Green, and Steve Green of Huntsville; his daughters Gail Lee, Judy Burchfield, and Sheila Maples; his grandchildren, Shane Lee of California, Angela Green, April Maher, and Dallas Maples of Huntsville; 2 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Nelta Jo Weber and Nadine Hyatt.
