Charles L. Frazier, 75, of Harbert, Michigan died from injuries sustained in an auto accident on July 13th.A resident of the Three Oaks area for over 42 years.
Charles was the beloved husband of Madalene Seal Frazier, father of Richard (Susan) Frazier of Sherman, Texas, Linda Kay (Tim) Butler of Buchanan, MI, Steven (Marilyn) Frazier of Lee, New Hampshire, and Robert (Beth) Frazier of Stevensville.
Charles loved and enjoyed his 12 grandchildren, John, Brian, Jason, Matthew, Kevin, Laura, Sean, Ryan, Kyle, Jacquelyn, Kayla and Myah. He is survived by a brother, David Frazier of Casa Grande, AZ and two sisters, Florence (James) Acres of Las Vegas, Nevada and Martha Huff of Cleburn, Texas. A granddaughter, Jessica, preceded him in death, as did his brother, Richard.Charles was born on May 12, 1932 in Elwood, Indiana, son of John E. and Mary Elizabeth (Hutcherson) Frazier.
He married his high school sweetheart, Madalene Seal in 1956 and had 51 happily married years together. Charles was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired in 1995 from Weldun International after 32 years of employment at various levels. A member of the Sawyer Lions Club, and the Chikaming Country Club, Charles enjoyed golf, gardening and woodworking. He was particularly skilled in the craft of arrow head making and studied Native American techniques.
He shared his love of nature through his recent hobby of digital photography and created wildlife videos. His kind and giving nature has touched many and will be missed greatly by his family and dear friends.
