Charles Franklin Stansbury, 64, died unexpectedly Friday, March 4, 2011, at his home in Morehead of an apparent heart attack. Mr. Stansbury founded Charles F. Stansbury, CPA, PSC, of Morehead in 1980 and was the current Director of Finance for the City of Morehead and Rowan County.
Charlie attended Morehead State University where he earned his BBA and his MBA majoring in accounting.
He was born February 21, 1947, in Nelson County, Kentucky, to James William and Edith Mae Adkins Stansbury.
