On Friday, June 23, 2017 the Brown family lost their beloved Father, Poppy, Hero, Provider, and most of all their Advocate, Charles Eugene Brown, Jr. Mr. Brown was born in Ottumwa, Iowa to the late Charles Eugene and Eloise (Fitzsimmons) Brown. He attended school in Iowa and after High School he attended Parsons College. He married the love of his life Shirley Ann (Neal) Brown on September 26, 1953. He not only married his life partner but he took her Catholic faith to heart and remained a Devout Catholic the rest of his life and was an active member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
