Charles was born in Virginia in 1954. He was a career Sound Techinician for many years. He was a member of the Glen Burnie VFW Post 0276. He enjoyed hobbies such as music, NASCAR, hunting and pet dogs. Charles was a dear man who will be missed by many people.
