Charles Edward Carmical, age 70, passed away in the early morning on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital surrounded by family. He was born in Moreland, GA on March 20, 1947 to the late Patrick Asberry Carmical and Evelyn Collins Carmical.
Charles is survived by his loving wife Patsy Carmical; children, Patrick Carmical, Kellie Elford; grandchildren, Cammie, Melissa and two great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Roger Carmical.
