Charles Edgar Garrison, 87, of Baltimore, passed away on December 20, 2016. Charles was born on May 16, 1929 in Chester, PA to the late William and Edith Garrison. He was Honorably Discharged as a Sergeant from the US Army in 1952. He worked for many years as a Meat Manager for Shoppers grocery store. Charles loved collecting cars, especially his 1969 Pontiac GTO.
