Surviving are his wife, Jean (Rust) Nicklin, to whom he had been married sixty-six years; his brother, Lawrence Nicklin, (wife, Donna), Orlando, Florida; his sister-in-law, Marjorie Denton, Muncie; and several nieces and nephews.
