Charles E. Ingram, 90, died July 2, 2010, at The Woodlands following an extended illness. He was born August 7, 1919, in Anderson, IN, the son of Chester Charles and Leona (Helvie) Ingram.
Mr. Ingram attended Anderson High School and lived most of his life in Muncie.
He is survived by a daughter, Molly S. Wantz, (husband, Woody), and a son, Monte E. Ingram, (wife, Alberta), both of Muncie. His four grandchildren are: Michael E. Ingram, (wife, Fionna), Bremerton, WA, Jeffrey T. Ingram, (wife, Molly), Benson, AZ, Gina L. Voelz, (husband, Brad), Warsaw, IN, and Ryan B. Wantz, (wife, Ann), Cincinnati, Ohio. His surviving great grandchildren include: Emily E. Voelz, Katherine G. Voelz, Patrick R. Wantz, Jackson T. Wantz, Ashley Ingram, Katie Ingram, Kristen Henry, and Jacob Ingram, Bradley Ingram, and Mitchell Ingram. Also surviving is one brother, Earl Ingram, (wife, Martha), Clearwater, FL, and a sister-in-law, Eleanor Ingram, Griffith, IN.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia E. Ingram, a brother, Robert Ingram, and sisters, Virginia Gentry and Susan Jane Ingram.
