Charles E Gustin, 84, of Anderson, passed away on August 18, 2017 at his residence. He was born on January 4, 1933 in Anderson, Indiana where he resided all his life.
Charles served his country in the Army.
He retired from General Motors and had owned Gustin’s Disposal.
He was one of the founding members of Memorial Wesleyan Circle and enjoyed bowling, working in the yard and his grandpuppies.
Charles is survived by his loving spouse of 65 years, Barbara (Garrett) Gustin; son, Terry (Paula) Gustin; grandchildren, Mandy (Tremayne, Sr.) Brown, Jerry (Elizabeth) Imel, Nicholas Imel; great-grandchildren, Selena Brown, Tremayne Brown Jr., Taliyah Brown, Sarah Imel, Alice Imel, Henry Imel; great-great-grandson, Emperor Newsom, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Judy George, Mary Jane Gustin; several nieces, nephews, cousins; special family member, Deborah (David) Nelles.
He was preceded in death by his children, Jerry Gustin, Shirley (Raymond) Imel; parents, Robert Lee and Freda Gustin Sr.; brothers, Bobby Gustin and Delbert Gustin,
