Charles “Charlie” Harp, 62, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, unexpectedly passed away of a heart attack on July 14, 2020.
Charlie was born on July 2, 1958, in Richmond, WA, to Lois Welch and Robert Harp. The youngest of three, he was known for his big blue eyes and curly brown hair.
Charlie could always be found smiling when he was eating tacos, shooting guns, watching football or classic tv or going on a road trip. Some of his favorite places included Jackpot, Nevada, and Palisades, Idaho. You were always guaranteed to run into something unusual or unexpected if you stuck around with him long enough. Many laughs were always to be had.
Charlie will live on through his beloved children, Jason Seay, Jimmy Seay and Jesi Harp; and grandchildren, J.D.
He can now be reunited with his mom, Lois Sadler; dad, Robert Harp; sister, Kathy Plock; brother, Robert “Bobby” Harp; puppy, Peewee; and aunt, Norene and uncle, JR.
