Born in New Hudson, Michigan on October 22, 1925, Charles and his wife Sally have lived the past 10 years in the Emerald Coast region and were members of the Destin Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness where Charles was an active member serving as an elder.
Charles is survived by his wife, Sally J. Hutchins Shear and a son, Bruce Shear of Texas, along with 4 grandchildren.
