Charles D. Phillips, 57, of Centralia, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018, at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia. He was born October 19, 1960, in Centralia, son of Doris (Babb) Phillips. He is survived by a sister : Terry Guess of Salem; two brothers: Gregory Phillips of Centralia and Guy Moore of Irvington; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: Michael Jeffrey Phillips and Daniel Allen Phillips, and grandparents. Charles was a member of the Tri City Church of Christ in Central City. He enjoyed working at the church, helping people and wood working.
