….T..A native of Alamo, TX, he served in the US Navy as a Weapons Officer retiring after 25 years. Then became owner of a locksmith company in McAllen, Tx and later employed by Mosler Safe & Vault. Moved to Picayune, MS with his wife in 1990. He was a certified welder; worked at Best Equipment Technology in Poplarville, MS and Trinity Shipbuilding in Madisonville, LA. Charlie loved his family, friends, his dogs, cats and his country. Loved to fish, hunt and ride his Harley. He will be missed more than words can was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Laurant Wickliffe and Melba Lee Chapel to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 60 years, Sandra Gail Morrison Wickliffe; his children, Michael (Arlene) Wickliffe, Donna Re’, and Charles “Tom” Thomas Wickliffe, Jr.
