A native of Compton, CA, he was a Crane Mechanic with Gulf Crane Services (OES) for 16 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents,Walter Williams and Judy Otis Williams; his brother-in-law, Morton E. Gilley Jr.; and his niece, Dana Shoemaker.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Terrie Gilley Williams; his brothers, Hardy (Carol) Williams and Calvin (Staci) Williams; his sister, Stephanie (Lonnie) Williams McClendon; his mother-in-law, Hazel (Sue) Gilley; his brothers-in-law, Johnny Gilley and Joseph “Joe” (Karen) Gilley Sr., and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
