Charles C. Carter, 76, of Pasadena, passed away on April 28, 2017. Charlie was born on August 8, 1940 in Baltimore to the late Freeman and Marie Carter. He was in the Drum and Bugle Corp in his younger years. He was also a US Army Veteran.
Charlie is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Gloria J. Carter; his children, Bryan Carter and his wife, Jeannette; Vickie Mazotas and her husband, Ted; and Michelle Kelly; and his brother, Allen Carter and his wife, Kim. He is also survived by two granddaughters and two great-grandsons.
