Charles Bennett “Butch” Bailey, age 75 of Nashville, Arkansas died on Saturday, October 15, 2022 in Little Rock, Arkansas.  He was born August 13, 1947 in Hot Springs, Arkansas the son of the late Marion and Laura Johnson Bailey.

 

Butch was a member of the Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Bingen.  He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.  He was a master logger by heart and purchased his first pulpwood truck in 1964, the year he and his wife Ann were married.   He was owner/operator of Charles Bailey Logging and C&A Bailey Trucking Inc.  Butch enjoyed fishing, hunting, and following his kids and grandkids to all their sporting events.

 

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Billy Ray Bailey and one sister Veronda Cox.

 

Survivors include his wife of fifty-eight years Ann Bailey of Nashville, AR; one daughter Bridget Bailey of Nashville, AR; two sons Britt Bailey and wife Hannah of Raphine, VA; Brant Bailey and wife Cynthia of Nashville, AR; one sister Francis Edgin of Dallas, TX; grandchildren Todd Cooley (Paige), Keifer Cooley (Tyler), Schuylar Henson, Brittany Eckman (Brad), Kelcee Bailey (MaKayla), Gabby Harper, Mackenzie Harper, Cutter Bailey, Emalea Bailey, and Sadie Bailey, as well as nine great grandchildren Landon Grubbs, Hunter Cooley, Gunner Cooley, Weston Eckman, Daphne Eckman, Stella Bailey, Phinlee Bailey, Kayden Harper, and Kynlee Coleman.
