Carter (nee Yoder); beloved father of Angela Baker, and Eddie Carter and his wife Shannon; loving “Pop” of Brittney, Lauren, Bryan, Will, Matthew, Jessica and Johnny. Also survived by 4 Great-grandchildren; dear brother of Barbara Rose and the late Billy Carter. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
