CHARLES (BOOTSY) HENRY BEAUVAIS, SR., age 76, a native of Raceland, Louisiana and a resident of Manassas, Virginia died Monday, October 1, 2007. He was a retired Medical Laboratory Technician. He was a graduate of Thibodaux College High School, Thibodaux, Louisiana and served in the USAF, 1951-1954. He was an employee of the Sako Childrens Clinic and the Childrens Clinic in Raceland, Louisiana from 1955 to 1960 and was then employed by the Central Intelligence Agency, Washington, D.C. from 1960 thru 1992. He retired in 1992 after 33 years of service with the CIA. He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Manassas, Virginia and enjoyed Sporting Clay Shooting, Fishing, Golf and Woodworking. He was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Billy Joy Ann Fuller Beauvais, a native of Brownwood, Texas and his parents, Charles (Charlo) Edward and Beatrix (Bea) Mary Anne Naquin Beauvais of Raceland, Louisiana. He is survived by one son, Charles H. Beauvais, Jr.; three daughters, Ginger Ann Beauvais Hoeft, Vicki Lee Beauvais Hopkins and Brigitte Marie Beauvais Heifner of Manassas; thirteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one sister, Marlene Mary Beauvais Folse of Raceland, Louisiana.
