Charles Michael Ambrosio, 19, of Bloomington passed away on Friday August 14, 2015 at the IU Health Hospice House surrounded by his loving family. Charles was born August 17, 1995 in Pasig City, Philippines and was the son of Michael Ambrosio and Cristina G. (Guzon) Ambrosio.
Charles was a 2013 graduate of Bloomington High School North. He loved creating ceramic sculptures, cutting hair, shooting guns, cooking, playing basketball, animals and being a mentor to his younger brothers. He is survived by his loving partner, Emma Routen of Bloomington, mother Cristina Ambrosio of Bloomington, father Michael Ambrosio of Pasig City, Philippines, brothers; Matthew Ambrosio, Stephon Opoku, and Kofi Opoku all of Bloomington, Uncle, Kwasi Opoku of Ghana, grandfather, Manuel Ambrosio and grandmother Josefina Ambrosio, aunt Janice Diaz, uncle, David Diaz and cousin, Isabela Diaz all of Murrieta, California, “moms”, Marie Rozier of Bloomington, grandfather Pascual Guzon Sr., Pasig City, Philippines, uncles; (Papalito) Pascual Guzon, Jr. , and (TatayNap) Napoleon Guzon, both of San Jose, California, aunt (Mama Laurie) Laurie Antolovic and uncle (Papa Danko) Danko Antolovic both of Bloomington as well as many loving aunts and cousins in San Jose, California and loving uncles, aunts and cousins in Pasig City, Philippines.
