Charles A. Gender, 86, of Glen Burnie, passed away on February 15, 2018. He was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA to the late William and Mary Gender. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy from 1951-1955. He retired from the Anne Arundel County Public School system after many years of service. Charles was a member of AARSPA and MD State Retired Teachers Association.
