He was born in Swindon, England on April 9, 1959, the son of Charles Carnival Sr and Patricia Loretta Carnival. Charles proudly served in the US Air Force from 1977-1982. He traveled a lot throughout his life including being stationed in Germany while serving in the military. He made friends everywhere that he went and enjoyed making people laugh. Above all, Charles was a very spiritual man. It was his faith in God that gave him strength up until the very end. Charles was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and all who knew him.
