Charlene Ann Tharp, age 77, Logansport, passed away at 1:18 a.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, in Chase Center.
Charlene had been a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tenn.
She enjoyed playing Euchre and BINGO.
Surviving are sons, Steven Mark Boyer and Shawn David Boyer; and daughter, Tamera Lynn Drake.
She was preceded in death by one son.
