Chadwick Alexander Soliven Alipio, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015. He was born on May 21, 1981 in New London, CT., to Francisco Pagsibigan Alipio and Maureen Soliven Alipio.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and became a registered nurse. Chad served as a second class petty officer in the United States Navy and later worked at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL.
Chad had a very social nightlife and loved being outside. He enjoyed kayaking, scuba diving, surfing, hiking, biking, traveling, exploring and going to the shooting range. He also enjoyed building things from scratch. His family described him as a “carefree jokester.”
Chad is survived by his parents; son, Alexander Michael Alipio; grandparents, Jaime Ravelo and Bernardita Ruelos Soliven; brothers, Christopher Alipio and Francis Antonio; sisters, Frances Borbon, and Francine Alipio; nieces, Giselle Borbon and Madeline and Isabella Antonio; nephew, Joaquin Antonio and numerous family members and friends.
