Cesar came to the United States with the intention of gaining practical work experience and to build his resume. Once in the USA, however, Cesar’s life would forever change when, on a blind date, he met a stunning green eyed Irish girl named Kathleen. Settling in Idaho, Cesar finished his architecture studies at the University of Idaho, married Kathleen and they had three children, Rene, Carma and Christopher, who became the very center of his life. Cesar also had the great gift of a daughter, Orielly, recently returning to his life from his years in England.

.

Cesar also leaves behind many passions: skiing, soccer, golf, friends and, especially, his lake house in McCall.

For those who knew him, Cesar was not a large man in stature, but he had an enormous presence in terms of personality and character. Most important, he had that rare ability to touch people and those who knew him will forever have the benefit of walking in the shadow of his influence of dignity, integrity, kindness and grace.
