Celia Marie Garcia San Julian ( Saya), age 89, passed away quietly on Sunday, Nov. 28th at 5:50 AM in Tucson, Arizona in the home of her daughter. She had congestive heart failure. She was born to Spanish immigrant parents on November, 22, 1921 in Clarksburg, WV. She grew up with 3 sisters and 2 brothers in Despard. She married Raymond San Julian; they made their home in North View, and successfully raised two children, David and Connie. Celia is preceded in death by her husband Raymond, son David and brother William Garcia. Celia was an intelligent, self-made woman. She attended Business College, worked in several office situations, secured a position with the local VA hospital as a ward clerk and worked her way up to a ward clerk supervisor.
