Mr. Celestino “Tino” Rubio, 37, of the Plevna Community, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2015. He was a native of Queretaro, Mexico and worked as a farmer after coming to America. He is survived by his brother, Louis Rubio and by many other loving family members and friends.
