Mrs. Celestine Roberts of Tampa passed away Thursday, August 6, 2020.

Mrs. Celestine “Stine” Roberts, was a native of Tampa, Florida and resided in Whitesboro, New Jersey for many years prior to returning to Tampa.

She leaves to cherish her memory always and forever: her loving son, Arthur Mims, Jr.; her devoted daughter, Frances E. Butler (SFC) Retired U.S. Army and spouse (Ebrima); 4 loving grandchildren, Dominique Mims, Christopher R. Butler, Vernon Mims, and Arthur Mims III; great-great grandson, Eddie Saddler; a host of wonderful, devoted nieces and nephews, who loved her dearly, Gladys (Artie) Wooten, Michael (Carla) Jackson, Charlene Parker, LaShell Jackson, Wayne (Mary) Jackson, Timothy (Angie) McFadden, Leonard (Karen) Lovett, Kevin (Linda) Jackson, and Todd (Martina) Jackson;  a host of great nieces & nephews, Russell Adams,  Derek Washington, Richard Parker, Jr., SSG Jarvis Manning, Jana “Vicky” Jackson, Anquil (Michael) Brown, Tabitha (Brandon) Loyd, Markquis Miller, Rashad Jackson, Angela Parker,  Donoven Green, Dominique Green, Keith Stain, Kaylen Lovett, and Lenina Lovett; great-great nieces & nephews, Mikquan Brown, Mikera Brown, Jarvis Manning Jr., Jandra Manning and Amelia Manning; loving cousins, Michael (Diane) Pratt, Willie Mae Ivison, and Humphrey, and Jimmie and “Cookie” Correll; devoted friends, Ann Sullivan, Ethel Anthony, The Bryant Family/Parents & Siblings (Charles L. Bryant & Florence Farris Bryant), and Goddaughter, Gail (Erick) Lee; a special thanks to Belinda Brown (long-time caregiver and friend), and dear cousin, Charlene Parker.
