CECILY ANNE WALKER, age 34, of Roxboro, NC died Sunday morning, March 19, 2023.
Mrs. Walker was born April 8, 1988 in Durham County, NC, daughter of the late Randy Louis Walker and Teresa Annette Barts who survives and was wife of the late David Thomas “Tom” Scott. She was employed as a waitress and was of the Baptist faith.
Cecily enjoyed anything that included being outdoors.
Surviving in addition to her mother are two children, Kyleigh Anne Scott, Kolin David Scott, brother, Chris Barts & wife, Melissa, and uncle, Michael Barts.
In addition to her father and husband, Ms. Walker is preceded in death by two uncles, Wendell Barts, and Tommy Barts.
