Cecilia T. Lennon, age 78, of Rome, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2021 with her loving family by her side.
She was born May 8, 1943, in Manapla, Negros Occidental, Philippines, a daughter of the late Rustico and Cresenciana Gallo Trocio, and educated in Philippine schools. Cecilia was united in marriage to the late James P. Lennon, Jr. on June 20, 1968 in Subic Bay, Philippines. With her husband, she moved to the United States and became a naturalized citizen on December 7, 1972. She retired from JCPenney after 25 years. Cecilia was a member of St. Mary’s Parish.
Cecilia is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Theresa Lennon of Rome; her cherished granddaughter, Clara, to whom she was affectionately known as Lola; her family in the Philippines; and extended family in Rome.
