Cecilia A. Lundgren, age 86, of Fairfield, beloved wife of the late W. Robert Lundgren, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family Monday, November 6, 2017. Born in Bar Harbor, Maine, the daughter of the late Oscar and Mary Higgins, she had been a Fairfield resident for most of her life. Mrs. Lundgren graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas Grammar School and Roger Ludlowe High School. She worked for over 20 years in the Fairfield Tax Department retiring as Deputy Assistant to the Tax Collector.
