Cecilia A. (Ladgenski) Palmer, 73, of Peru, died Friday morning, August 21, 2009, at Manor Court in Peru. Mrs. Palmer was born on October 18, 1935, in Spring Valley to John Joseph and Cecilia Anna (Reichl) Ladgenski.
She married Richard J. Palmer on November 9, 1957, in East Peoria, IL. She worked at Westclox and later at the First National Bank in Peru. She is survived by one brother; John (Fran) Ladgenski of Spring Valley; and many nieces and nephews; she was preceded in death by her husband on January 2, 2006; her parents; and two sisters.
