Cecile Menard Blanton, age 87, died Monday at Harmony Hall Nursing and Rehab Center in Kinston. She was born in Holyoke, MA to the late Armand and Rose Couture Menard and was married to the late William C. Blanton. A member of Love Memorial Baptist Church, she had previously worked as an LPN at Howell’s Child Care Center and Wayne Memorial Hospital.
