Cecil is survived by his sons, Daniel White and his wife, Teresa of Muncie, IN; Samuel White of OH; sister, Gina Thompkins and her husband, Steve of West Selma, OH; grandchildren, Sarah, Jamal, Abby, Timothy; great grandson, Ryker; niece, Tammy Mieri of Eight-Four, Pennsylvania; cousins, Ruth, Connie, Linda.
