He is survived by three sisters Dean Self of England, AR, Virginia (H.L.) Baker of England, AR., Nancy (Joe) Frazier of Stuttgart, AR. and brother Jimmy (Sally) Miller of England, AR.
Jackie was loved and cared for by many especially the doctors, nurses, CNA’s at the Cavalier Healthcare of England.
