Cecil Eustace Salisbury passed away on May 5, 2022. He was 89. He is survived by his wife, Rita Christina, married for 66 years; his children: Michael and wife Gail, Ricardo, Carol; grandchildren: Melissa, Mario, Morgan, Michaela, Tyler, and Tiffany; and great grandchildren, Marcelo and Mateo, brother: Montgomery and wife Lutishoor. Cecil is also survived by his brother, Montgomery (Monty) Salisbury and his wife, Lutishoor and predeceased by his sister, Eugene (Tootsie), Mortimer (Babs), Algeon (Buck), Clifton (Tappy), Clarence (Mickey), and his parents, Mortimer Emory and Dorcas Pulmatie. Cecil leaves many extended family members scattered throughout Guyana, The States and Canada.
Cecil’s career includes his position as a Senior officer at the Guyana Customs & Excise from the time he graduated from Central High School until he migrated to Miami, Florida, USA in 1977.
Cecil passed from this life on May 5, 2022, in Miami, Florida after suddenly taking ill.
He will be Forever missed. May he Rest in Peace.
