Cecil was born in Missouri on June 21, 1938. He remained in Missouri until graduation from High School. He then joined the ARMY and followed up with 7 years in the reserves. In 1957 he moved to New Mexico and met and Married his soul mate Glenna in 1961. They were happily marries for 56 plus years. He lived his life to serve others. GOD and his family always came first. He was loved by many and he loved many in return.
He fought a long hard battle with diabetes for 47 years. On June 16, 2017, he peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family.
Cecil is survived by his Wife, Opal Glenna Cloin; Daughter, Cherice Chapman; Son in Law, Richard Chapman; Grandsons, Logan and Brandon Chapman; Brothers, Ron and Phil Cloin; and MANY favorite nieces and nephews.
Cecil is predeceased by His parents, Cecil and Charlene Cloin.
